How to reduce stress! As to my own opinion, I think it is difficult and almost impossible to prevent a stress situation. Because there is a long chain of factors which causes a stress: hormonal infringements, an irregular food, sleep deficit, a lot of work and information all these factors lead to psychological overload. So sometimes the main cause of stress is a chronic weariness. The first step of overcoming of stress, as to me, is a change of conditions, It is necessary for you to go out of town, walk on the nature, listen to singing of birds, breathe a fresh air. The second step is relaxation with listening to quiet music. Talk to a person you trust the most. From his or her side your problem will be not so serious. In the process of conversation some excellent ideas can appear in your head. If you do not have such a person address to the expert - psychologist. Anyway all told by you will leave between you. One more way is making of problems’ list and to solving them in process of importance.
